Beginning her love affair with fitness at the age of 18, Maggie has now been practicing Yoga for18 years. She began with traditional Ashtanga at a studio in Boston with David Swenson. Later, she took a teacher training in Lancaster at Evolution Power Yoga in the Baptiste Power Yoga style.
As she continues to evolve, she has fallen in love with aerial yoga. Maggie Jane finished her Aerial Yoga Level 1 2 3 She loves the trust a person forms with the hammock and how gravity provides a natural deeper stretch, yet supports your proper alignment by gently adding traction. Aerial can be an intense core workout, gentle stretch, or a combination of all. Maggie also loves the versatility aerial offers.
She has taken Yoga workshops with Bryan Kest, David Swenson, and Shiva Rae. Thai Massage with Michael Buck, and Pilates training at Body Precision in Philadelphia. Maggie Jane is a corporate and personal wellness coach, nutrition coach, personal Trainer and also teaches many forms of group fitness classes. She also enjoys the fun aspect of Aerial yoga for athletes, kids, adults and seniors. “It really builds confidence in all who enter the studio!”
