Aerial Yoga Workshop
Are you ready to turn YOUR world upside down? Drop all expectations and join me for this Antigravity Experience! Hanging Yoga isn't just a yoga workout. It combines several different exercise styles. We have many clients who are not into yoga but love this type of workshop. You will experience a series of exercises inspired by yoga, pilates, calisthenics, and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus in order to achieve a total-body workout and...it is incredibly fun!

You should be doing this workshop. I have been told that it is better than an inversion table as it gives you the chance to hang freely, allowing your spine to lengthen. In addition to decompressing the spine, these suspended exercises can help to increase strength and flexibility as well as bring you greater awareness of your body, a true mind-body-spirit experience indeed!
When it comes to your fitness level, there are almost no restrictions. Even if you have never taken a yoga class in your life, you will be amazed at how much you can do. Different bodies, different fitness levels, everyone will get something different from the workshop.
Due to space and safety considerations, and to encourage a personalized experience, classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people. All supplies provided. Consider coming with a group of friends, or even as a couple in order to maximize your experience with a group you love to be with.
This class is intended for beginner students.

Helpful info about your class:
Wear a t-shirt and yoga pants, leggings or tights.
No jewlery, perfumes, or lotions.
Avoid eating heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to class.
