As a high school English teacher, CASSI NEY discovered long ago that the best way to learn something is to teach it. Soon after her introduction to yoga in 2008, Cassi knew she wanted to learn more and began the journey to become a yoga instructor. She recently completed her 200-hour teacher training at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA where she learned how much she doesn't know.
